Porter's Top Ten

Dr. Cox (Scrubs) once said, "Babies are like dogs that slowly learn how to talk."
When Ryan and I heard this, we started to think about how true this statement actually is. Here are our Top Ten reasons to support the above statement:

10. When I throw a ball, Josh will bring it back to me and wait anxiously for me to throw it again.
9. If a blanket is lying on the floor, he will crawl inside and cuddle.
8. He has separation anxiety whenever we leave him with someone else.
7. To get what he wants, all he needs to do is flash his cute "puppy dog eyes".
6. We're always getting him down off the furniture.
5. He likes to "empty" the garbage on the floor.
4. He sleeps in a confined space.
3. I say things like, "Do you want to go for a walk?", "Are you hungry? Do you want some food?" and "No!"...using the same exact tone I used with Gracie & Toby.
2. He LOVES going for walks and will stand by the door until I give in.
1. He has been known to go #1 on the carpet.

We hope this gave you a good laugh! We love our Joshua dearly. He brightens our lives every day.

I'm going to show this to Josh when he becomes a teenager. I'm not sure he will laugh, but I did. Mom
