Washington D.C. Temple Trip

Ryan and I got to take our LAST temple trip to DC this past Saturday. Our friends, the Bowens, watched Joshua all day for us back in Charlottesville. It was so nice to have an all day date with just the two of us. After the temple, we were able to go to the BEST restaurant that both Ryan and I have ever been to. It's called Texas de Brazil and it's a churrascaria (like Rodizio's for you Utah folk). We had been craving a churrascaria for a while and was hoping to find the one we went to with the Nelson's a few year ago. But alas we found a better one (and WAY more expensive!) It was so much money that they didn't even have prices written down anywhere or menus! It was so much fun and the service was great as well. It was worth the extra $$$ and we justified it as our pre-graduation dinner! :)

Josh had a great day as well. The Bowens took him and Natalie to a Law School event down in Waynesboro where they fed ducks and went to Pizza Hut for dinner. Josh downed 1 1/2 slices by himself! They also took them out for chocolate ice cream. When I asked him if he had fun, the answer was a resounding YES! It's great to have such good friends to trust. We've loved all the friends we've made in Charlottesville the 4 years that we've been here.
