Car Vandelism

Our cute little white car, that my Grandma gave me, was vandalized a few weeks ago. It was so sad. We live in a great neighborhood, in a great area, but still...I guess no where is safe. A friend told me that when the economy is in crisis, crime goes up. Anyway, here's the story:

I went out to my car to go to exercise group and there was a cop standing by my car. He asked if that was my car. I answered yes and he asked if I had seen the back of it. I said no and then went around to see it. It said, "Vote for the N***** 08" written with a blue sharpie. I couldn't believe it. Then he proceeded to ask me if I did it. ha ha.

Apparently there were a bunch of white cars in our apartment complex that also got "sharpied" with racist remarks on the back. I still can't believe it.

It came off with Mr. Clean's Magic Eraser (I love that stuff!) and the apartment complex worker scrubbed it off for me.

Can you imagine driving down the road with that on? I would've gotten the finger and a lot of dirty looks! Good thing the policeman was there...I would've never noticed it!

Yikes! I'm so glad the cop was there and you didn't have to find out any other way. So sad.
