I admit that I am a bit behind on my "journal", but I want to make sure that I'm all caught up before my parents get here for Christmas. We have a lot of fun outings planned and I don't want to get too far behind.
We want to this AWESOME park for playgroup. It is truly an oasis in the desert. I couldn't believe my eyes when we pulled in. It was breathtaking. We went there to feed the ducks, frogs, fish, and have a picnic lunch.
We had a great time, until Joshy leaned over the "swamp" to grab and stick and fell in, head first! I quickly grabbed onto his feet and pulled him out. It was the scariest experience that I've had with Josh yet. I'm so glad that he was safe and held his breath while he was underwater & that I was close-by to rescue that little rascal.
Good thing it was warm that day, too. I had to strip him down to his diaper because he was soaked to the bone!

well geez, I miss a playgroup and look what I miss... you being the best lifeguard rescuer baywatch babe... I'm sure it was scary.. yikes
