We attempted to get family photos this year at Wheeler Farm. My mom bought the boys the cutest little outfits, I wore my new dress, and Ryan wore a new gray shirt and tie. We were a good lookin' bunch. But what happens when you put a lot of effort into something? Murphy's Law. Joshy was unwilling to participate in any family photo. Or really any photo at all. He wouldn't look at the camera and threw plenty of tantrums along with a lot of tears. I felt really bad for my cousin, Emily, who did the photo shoot. I think it was a bad idea to go to a place where a toddler had never been before. I also think it was bad to go the morning after we arrived in Utah after a 14 1/2 hour drive. Oh well...we live and learn.
These are some photos we took on our own:
Joshy and me in the parking lot. We were still happy campers at this point.
We got swarmed by a flock of geese and ducks. It was fun to be surrounded by all that honking and quacking.
We got to see a lot of animals including turkeys for Thanksgiving. Man, those things are ugly!
Beautiful background, cute kid, but no cooperation. Sad.
This is one of the better shots. I love fall!!!
