"I Wuv Michure Golf"

Miniature Golfing was a lot of fun, as well. This day was absolutely breath-taking and 70 degree weather! Back to the norm for Arizona in December. And boy did I miss it! Josh had a blast playing "michure golf" and so did the rest of us.

After we went to McDonald's, packed a lunch, and headed for Agua Caliente Park. It's my favorite park here. We had a lot of fun feeding the ducks. Josh got swarmed a few times, but he didn't seem to mind. One even took some bread right from his hands.

I am a happy, positive person. I worked as a elementary teacher for 6 years. But, I have always wanted to be a wife and stay-at-home mom. Even though my life is full of stress & hum-drum duties, I feel extremely blessed.

I love to blog. It brings together my love of journaling (since I was 7 years old!) and taking pictures. My favorite things are playing with my kids, going for "family outings", running, lifting weights, playing tennis, and Zumba. I also like playing the piano and am currently learning the guitar.

Kids Say the Darndest Things!

"Mom, I painted at school today. I chose red which is a mono chromatic color!"
"Mom, Josh throwed pie in my face!" -Nathan after Josh pretended to throw pie in his face.
"Mom, that's gifusking!" -Nathan
Josh likes to say "Meow" randomly. At dinner time he said this, then I said "neigh" and Ryan said "woof". Nate then chimed in and said, "moo!" with a big ol' grin on his face. It was our first official dinner conversation as a family of 4!
"Jesus died on the cross 3 times...once the first day, once the second day, and once the third day." (when summarizing our FHE Easter lesson)
"Let's turn the dark on."
"Mommy, where does Jesus live?" "Ummm...." "He lives in the temple, Mommy!"
"Mommy, are you a princess?" "Yes I am a princess, are you my prince?" "No, I'm a Big Boy!"
The trend continues..."Josh, what do you want for dinner?" "Food."
"Josh, what do you want for Christmas from Santa?" "Christmas presents!!"
When asked what Josh wanted to be for Halloween, his reply was, "A Costume".
"Mom, he's a REAL baby (talking about Nathan)."
"It's higher and higher...I can't reach it!"
"Naters...you my friend...you my best friend."
"Look, Mom...it's a banana moon!"
