One morning I woke up and looked out my window and saw 2 javelinas eating the grass in our front yard. I have lived here for 1 1/2 years now and have yet to see one of these disgusting creatures. They are big. Very big pig like animals. I stared at them for about an hour wondering why they would decide to just show themselves at 8 AM one morning. My neighbor said that a bag of bird seed spilled on the grass. Who knew javelinas liked bird seed.
