Kite Flying!

We had the best time last Saturday. We woke up and went to our ward Easter breakfast and then the kids did an Easter Egg Hunt. I brought the camera, but the battery was dead. But we went home and charged it and got the best pictures of our kite flying adventure. It was a perfect windy March afternoon. It was in the 70's, the sky was blue, and it was super windy.

The boys had a lot of fun (especially Ryan) and towards the end, Josh was holding the kite and let the handle go. It went straight into the tree, but only the handle caught on. The kite flew in the air for a good 15 minutes (we headed to the park) before we watched it come down. And Ryan got it out of the tree in perfect condition. It was a wonderful family Saturday!
