I admit that I don't like teaching babies to use a spoon because it's so messy. But he's 19 months, so I've been doing it a bit more. Here's some shots...
I know how you feel! I feel like such an enabler for Clara when she eats because she makes a mess on her own and we have carpet under our table. Alas. I figure she'll get it someday--and I always let her practice with non-messy food. He did a great job!
