Tombstone

The day that we went to Tombstone, Arizona, was the coldest day on my parent's vacation here. The high that day in Tucson was going to be 45 degrees and I'm willing to bet that the high in Tombstone that day was between 35 and 40 degrees. Brrrrrrrrrr. There was even snow on the ground that stuck.

We were coaxed by the visitor's center lady to go to the "Wild West Show" which was the WORST show that I have ever seen. They said "America's Got Talent" called and wanted them to audition. I think I know why.... it was so lame! The best trick we saw was when the horse played dead. Hmmm, exciting, eh?

The OK Corral Shoot Out was pretty cool though. The actors were awesome (especially Doc Holladay). That made the trip worth it, even through the bitter cold.

(I'm pretending to drive the cattle, can you tell?)

(Freezing our buns off waiting for the show to start...Ry is taking the picture)

(Sweet moment...my mom warming up Joshy)

(Josh petting the star of the show...the horse that could play dead!)

I'm so glad you gave the update on the tombstone. We've been wanting to go. That shooting scene did seem pretty lame.
