Lowes Build and Grow Workshop

We love Lowes. Do you want to know why? Because they have these cute Build and Grow workshops where the kids (and parents) get to make cool things out of wood and nails! So far, we have built a spy scope, Christmas picture frame, 2 trains (that hook together), and Christmas ornaments. The boys get to use hammers and nails (pre-drilled) and follow directions on how to put it together. They always have stickers to decorate it afterwards. They also get an apron with their names on it (to keep) and get a certificate and a badge to put on their apron when they are finished. It's really cool. And the best part about it is that it's FREE! Best. Thing. Ever.

The next things we have signed up for are making a game box and a ball toss. They have about 2 a month. For more information, go to www.lowesbuildandgrow.com Just sign up online or show up at your local Lowes at 10 AM. You won't regret it.

This picture cracks me up. Nate loves to pull down his pants. Especially in public.
